Warm up: mobility exercises and light stretching

HIT class: 8 Station Circuit Training setup for Lower Body, Upper Body, Glute & Abs rotation exercises for a full body workout.

Cool down: Stretching and breathing exercises for muscle recovery 

The fitness facility contains a full range of Free Weights, Cable Machine, Smith Machine, TRX, Bands, Kettlebells, Battlerope, Treadmill, and Boxing Bag.

Virtual classes are focused on full-body HIT (High-Intensity Training) with weight / band exercises for glute and upper body strength, and muscle tone. All Virtual classes run live by Manuella 

Warm up: mobility exercises and light stretching

HIT class: 8 exercises / 3 rounds of custom-built for conditioning, muscle tone and improving cardiovascular health

Cool down: Stretching and breathing exercises for muscle recovery

Manuella is an expert physical trainer whose first-hand knowledge of fitness, muscle building, fat loss, and nutrition is customized to benefit the needs of each client. She makes sure your posture, head to toe, is correct. Having been injured while working out in the past, I appreciate her attention to the subtle positioning of the head, spine, and joints so the body is balanced and protected. Manuella listens attentively and without judgement. It can be hard to talk about your body if you feel ashamed of your shape. For some reason, it's easy to be direct with Manuella and express what you'd like to achieve. She very quickly comes up with an actionable number of exercises and lifestyle changes that can help you teach your goals in measurable ways. She uses constant praise and encouragement to help you get through the most difficult of exercise sets. She seems to intuitively know when you feel like you can't do "one more," and helps you finish with positive uplifting energy. Manuella herself is very beautiful. At first, you think, "Jeez, are you kidding me? How am I going to work out with her when I look like a pudge?" The reality, though, is you realize she has mastered an art that she is willing to share with others. As a woman, and as a bikini competitor, she knows how to get visible results for the female anatomy. After a month of working out with her, I am seeing results, and feel so grateful to have found her.
