Warm up: mobility exercises and light stretching
HIT class: 8 Station Circuit Training setup for Lower Body, Upper Body, Glute & Abs rotation exercises for a full body workout.
Cool down: Stretching and breathing exercises for muscle recovery
The fitness facility contains a full range of Free Weights, Cable Machine, Smith Machine, TRX, Bands, Kettlebells, Battlerope, Treadmill, and Boxing Bag.

Virtual classes are focused on full-body HIT (High-Intensity Training) with weight / band exercises for glute and upper body strength, and muscle tone. All Virtual classes run live by Manuella
